Please note this is a subscription service, that includes a monthly HOSTING FEE of $30, $199, or $299 per month (whichever system or membership you agree too). All subscriptions will start on the 60th day after you join the club.
On the 61st day, you will be automatically billed each month on your billing date.
There is no contract, and cancellations may be done at any time.
If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your billing date by sending a simple email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
According to the agreement, please make sure to complete your cancellation before the next billing date. There are no refunds or partial refunds
• Due to the fact that we provide you with intellectual property and information such as: vendor contacts, our online Course, and time invested in setting up your website/system, There are No Refunds on any of our Services. However, exchanges are allowed and modifications can be made to suit you the buyer.
• We offer Free shipping and insurance on hair products included in the packages from this site. Once you’ve placed the order, it will take on average 14 business days to receive your order. We apologize that since your product is coming directly from India, and is ordered after you purchase it, there is no rush service.
• Due to the nature of Indian Hair, it is impossible to guarantee that natural textures will match your hairs texture. We cannot exchange based on the texture not being what you want. We are in the hair selling business, so people will purchase what they see. Someone will purchase it from you.
• Because we are realistic, the only way to know if something is wrong with the hair is to wear it. If in the event you or your client wears the hair and you would like to return the hair product you’ve received, based on a defect from manufacturing (matting or excessive shedding), please do so within 30 days from the day of purchase, and we will gladly exchange, however, the wait time will still be the same. (A shipping fee will be applied to exchanged orders, only if the hair you sent in is not defective.).

If in the event you must return any defective hair, send back to Attn: Alix Moore Enterprises 2001 Timberloch Pl. #500 The Woodlands, TX 77380, with a paid return envelope to put exchange in, or we will invoice you for shipping costs.
• Hair Extensions – Defective hair must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and you must provide a tracking number.
• New hair will not be exchanged due to it not being the right texture, length or color. You are in the hair business. Sell it, someone will buy it.

We require you to pay the hosting fee for your website to be stored on our servers. The 1st 30 days of hosting is included as part of the package, however, the next 30 days will be $30, $!99 or $299 per month, to be charged on the 10th of every month.
After we build your site, you are not obligated to stay with our host. We can freely move you to a hosting company of your choice. Just give us the information and we will gladly transfer it for you free of charge.
