Refunds and Exchanges on Hair Extensions

We strive to provide high-quality hair products and services to our customers. •  Due to the nature of Raw Indian/Chinese Hair, it is impossible to guarantee that natural textures will match your hairs texture.   Please remember to place your order with care and ask all questions before hand and follow our maintenance instructions after purchase.  We must inform you that we do not offer refunds on any hair purchased, however, we offer exchanges on any unused products if exchanged within 10 days.  

Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt. We will accept exchanges of undamaged, uncut, unworn merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. You must advise us prior to returning any products so we can issue a Return Invoice. We’ll send you a new length or hair texture upon receipt of exchanged hair. Please print and enclose the original sales receipt with your return.


•Shipping Information: We offer Free shipping and insurance on hair products included in the packages from this site.   Once you’ve placed your order, it may take on average 14 business days to receive your custom Wholesale or Infused Indian Hair order, and 5-7 days to receive your Raw Hair coming from our warehouse in the USA.  We apologize that since your product is coming directly from India, and is ordered after you purchase it,  there is no rush service available.

•  Because we are realistic, the only way to know if something is wrong with the hair is to wear it.  If in the event you or your client wears the hair and you would like to return the hair product you’ve received based on a defect from manufacturing (matting ), please do so within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we will gladly exchange, however, the wait time will still be the same. (A shipping and stocking fee of $25 will be applied to all orders).

Return Policy Statement: BillionHair Club recognizes that purchasing hair and starting a hair business involves a significant investment. We stand by the quality of our services and virgin hair extensions. However, as we do not manufacture the hair locally in the USA, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on hair products. Business Focus: We are committed to building successful hair businesses and are not in the business of accepting returns. Hair products involve inherent risks and losses, which are part of the industry. Similar to beauty supply stores, where hair products are final sale, we uphold this standard.

Custom Hair Disclaimer: Please be aware that any custom-colored or custom-textured hair cannot be guaranteed or exchanged due to its altered nature. New hair products will not be exchanged due to preferences related to texture, length, or color. We encourage you to leverage your expertise in the hair business to sell the products successfully. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

The following Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and BillionHair Network Inc.  By using the Website/System, ( you accept and agree that you are bound to abide by the Use and Terms stated in our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. 

As we provide access to intellectual property and sensitive information, including vendor contacts, online course and investing our time into setting up your website/system, we do not offer refunds for any of our services or memberships. Nevertheless we are open to modifications to better Tailor offerings to satisfy you, the buyer”.   In addition we do not offer refunds on completed websites, however we will alter or modify until you are satisfied.

No Guarantee of Results:  As set forth more fully in the Disclaimer, you agree that the Company has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not.
Our websites are not a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, tax or other professional advice. There are actual costs we incur in setting up your website, and access to vital information in the hair business system, we also incur employee cost due to customer support and technical support that we provide. Because of this, we will enforce our No Refund Policy with No Exceptions.

Billionhair Club Premium Hair Extensions: Care and Maintenance Guide

Our hair extensions are reusable and, with proper care, will last for many years. Each batch of raw hair is unique, so no two bundles are identical. This is a hallmark of unprocessed virgin remy raw hair. Please thoroughly review your purchase before installing. Feel free to comb, brush, or wet the hair, but do not cut the wefts or lace until you are fully satisfied. If you encounter any issues, return the hair for an exchange before using it.

Styling and Chemical Processing: Raw/Infused hair can be styled and processed like your natural hair. However, we do not guarantee the integrity of the hair after any chemical alterations. If you must chemically treat your hair (e.g., color, perm, relax), we strongly recommend consulting a professional stylist and conducting a strand test to assess how the hair will react.

  • Shampooing:

    • We recommend either Suave or Pantene
    • Shampoo at least once a week.
    • Before washing, brush through hair with a vent brush from ends to roots.
    • Shampoo hair in the shower to let it fall straight; avoid washing over a sink.
    • Smooth shampoo from roots to ends in one direction and avoid circular motions to prevent tangling.
  • Conditioning:

    • Apply conditioner and brush the hair with a large paddle brush from ends to roots.
    • Deep condition as needed.
    • Rinse thoroughly, squeeze out excess water, and pat dry with a towel without rubbing or twisting.
    • Style and dry as recommended by your stylist.
    • For curly hair, apply either mousse or a curling foam, scrunch while damp to reform curls, and don’t run your fingers through it until completely dry.
    • We don’t recommend using oil on straight hair, as it will attract dirt and become limp and oily. 
  • Night Care:

    • Depending on your style, braid your hair, tie it in a ponytail, pin curl, or wrap it before bed.
    • Consult your stylist for the best sleep care routine for your hairstyle.
    • In the morning, undo and style as necessary.
  • Swimming:

    • Before swimming, detangle and braid the hair.
    • After swimming, undo the braid, detangle, and follow the shampoo and conditioning instructions.

Additional Tips:

  • Hair extensions do not receive nutrients from the scalp, so avoid excessive heat. Overuse of heat tools shortens the lifespan of the hair.
  • We recommend steam rollers for curling or foam rods.
  • Always braid, wrap, or ponytail your hair before bed to prevent tangling.
  • Minimize the use of high-alcohol content styling products to prevent dryness.
  • Use a deep-cleansing shampoo once a month to remove product buildup.

If You Experience Tangling: It could be because of product build up or sweat. Gradually wet and gently brush the hair and  completely wash the your hair.  Remember, raw hair may react the same as your natural hair, so treat is the same way.
